Coated abrasive products are manufactured by a continuous process on production lines known as "maker" and normally consists of three main components - Backing Materials, Abrasive Grain and Adhesive Bonds, which determines products properties and enable the user to derive the maximum benefit from the surface finish of various materials under the particular abrasive operation.

Coated Abrasive products for processing surface are available in a large number of tool formats, including belts, rolls, sheets, strips, discs, flap discs, flap wheel etc. If the different grit sizes are taken into account, Joysun Abrasives has a range of over 1500 variants. From these, we make our customers over 45, 000 abrasive tools in different shapes, dimension and designs to meet the demands of every application from stock removal to finishing requirement depending on the characteristics of the work-piece and the type of treatment.
